Thanks for the response. The link to old versions of QuickTime was most helpful-the two on apple's dl site are too new for this computer. We are running os 10.3.3, QT 7.2. I guess we will try going up one or two versions and see how much more recent we can get, unless anyone knows what is the latest version that will work with 10.3.3.
